Nicole Hobson, Ph.D.

Principal

Nicole has over 15 years of proven experience in working with leaders and organizations to increase effectiveness.  She has worked in global organizations with leaders in many different countries with the goal of deepening each leader's personal understanding of their own impact.  Nicole effectively coaches leaders at all levels in an organization- executives to front line leaders.  She designs and delivers leadership courses and assessments across the globe and has a strong track record in diagnosing organizational issues and driving change.

Nicole has her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Masters in Psychology from University of North Texas and her Bachelors in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
